TEACH YOUR CHILDREN JOY IN FREEDOM

"I HAVE NO GREATER JOY THAN TO HEAR THAT MY CHILDREN
WALK IN TRUTH."
 3 JOHN 1

TEACH YOUR CHILDREN TO APPRECIATE
AND UNDERSTAND
THAT FREEDOM IS A BLESSING FROM GOD
TO HIS RIGHTEOUS CHILDREN.

"BEHOLD, THIS IS IS A CHOICE LAND,
AND WHATSOEVER NATION SHALL POSSESS IT SHALL BE FREE FROM BONDAGE,
AND FROM CAPTIVITY,
AND FROM ALL OTHER NATIONS UNDER HEAVEN,
IF THEY WILL SERVE THE GOD OF THE LAND,
WHO IS JESUS CHRIST."
ETHER 2:12

TEACH THE CHILDREN

We talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our CHILDREN may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins."
                                          2 Nephi 25:26

 WORDS OF WARNING FROM

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government, it can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse (generous gifts) from the public treasury.  From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been two hundred years.  These nations have progressed through this sequence: from bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to selfishness; from selfishness to complacency; from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependency; from dependency to bondage.”  Penned by Professor Alexander Tyler, Scottish historian who wrote in 1787, about the fall of the Athenian republic over 2000 years earlier.

Isn’t it time that we awake to our awful situation?  All that stands between us and our civilized society is 20 years.  That is all the time we have to teach the children what they need to know.  If we fail to teach the children we   will wake up to a barbaric civilization.

A few years ago we began a new war in this country, a new phrase   emerged:  The War on Terrorism.  Was this war any more successful than the War on Drugs, or the War on Poverty?  For sure we lost more of our freedoms and are now watched ever more closely.  “Attempts to locate in society’s political discourse the cause of a lunatic’s action is apt to become a temptation to extract partisan advantage from spilled blood.”  Especially the blood of children, and they will use this terrible thing to extract every bit of advantage against us they can.

The testimony of Darrell Scott, the father of two victims of the Columbine High school shooing, given before the Subcommittee on Crime House Judiciary Committee in 1999:
“Your laws ignore our deepest needs, your words are empty air.
You’ve stripped away our heritage, you’ve outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms, and precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere. And ask the questions WHY?
You regulate restrictive laws, through legislative creed.
Add yet you fail to understand, that God is what we need!”

Too many of our children are getting the message to kill God,  kill parents and kill self.  The laws of this once Godly nation are attempting to redefine the family which is central to God’s plan, all in the name of love, God’s greatest commandment.

“Government is the problem, not the solution.”  Said Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America

The battle sides are beginning to form, a continuation of the war in Heaven.  The spirit of God is the spirit of freedom.  The spirit of Satan is the spirit of force and enslavement. How can he enslave individuals?  How can he enslave the masses?  Keeping  parents busy and preoccupied while sucking the feelings from the children through the influence of war, media, music, entertainment, the medical profession, science, and newspapers will not only destroy the rising generation but lead the masses to enslavement, where Satan can rule instead of Christ.

In the early 1950’s “The Communist Rules for Revolution” from a member of the Communist (Socialist) program for overthrowing our government  were secured by the Florida State Attorney General, George A. Braufigam:

  1. Corrupt the young, get them away from religion.  Get them interested in sex.  Make them superficial, destroy their ruggedness.
  2. Get control of all means of publicity and thereby:
Get peoples minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, sex oriented books and plays and other trivialities.
Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance.
Destroy the people’s faith in their leaders by holding the latter up to contempt, and ridicule.
Always preach true democracy, but seize power as fast and as ruthlessly as possible.
Encourage government extravagance, destroy its credit, produce fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.
Foment unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders and foster a lenient and soft attitude toward such disorders.
By spacious argument, cause the breakdown of the old moral virtues; honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word, and ruggedness.

C.  Cause the registration of all firearms of some pretext, with a view to confiscating them and leaving the population helpless.

The final battle is coming.  Which side will we be found on?  “They that be with us are more than they that be against us” Elisha said of the armies of angels who came to fight their battle. As we awake to our awful situation we can know that the righteous will prevail through the powers of Heaven.

“I send ye forth as sheep in the midst of wolves, be ye therefore, wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”  Matthew 10:16   We are in the midst of wolves, children be wise!

“You must stand up for something or you will fall for everything.”  Robert Kennedy said.  Teach your children to stand for truth and righteousness, the only safe haven.

In 1892, the Russian author and philosopher Leo Tolstoy told American ambassador Andrew White  “if the principles and beliefs of Mormonism would endure through the third and fourth generation, the Church is destined to become the greatest power the world has ever known.”  This is a remarkable prophesy, one that will surely come to pass!

Christ will reign as Lord and King!

SPEEDING TRAINS

SPEEDING TRAINS

Watch out for speeding trains!  Speeding trains race down the tracks of life, faster, faster, ever faster.  Speeding trains are like racing brains,  the faster they go,  the more they miss along the way -  incredible  vistas,  gentle flowing streams, beautiful blue skies, quiet moments,  sweet sounds of  birds, the laughter of children.  They miss  the fragrance of  flowers, children happily playing in  parks,   cattle grazing in fields,  freshness after rain, a  brightly colored rainbow in the sky, wishing on a twinkling star, the  sound of music, the blossoming of trees, the silvery  moon  at  night, the glory of a rose garden,  the chirping of crickets and the croaking of frogs.

Speeding trains run over everyone and everything in their path, shaking the ground and   disrupting the peace and quiet solitude of nature.  Speeding trains leave a trail of smoke behind as they speed down the track, always in a hurry!  Beware little children!    Don’t get close to speeding trains, STOP, LOOK AND LISTEN!  Stand back as they speed by or they will run over you!

People in a hurry are like speeding trains, they hurry, hurry,   faster, faster, ever faster!  They never stop to smell the roses or watch a sunset.   They go so fast they become careful and troubled about too many things.  Like speeding trains, they lose their grounding and direction.  They leave others behind, and run over them as they speed down the tracks of life.

When you see the world going faster and faster perhaps you believe that you must also pick up speed, but you don’t need to be a speeding train to get where you want to go. When you see others become speeding trains, stay calm, take a deep breath and stand on firm ground, the amazing grace of the Savior.  The Savior’s grace is sufficient for all who humble themselves and have faith in Him.   Stop believing that everything depends on you!  Don’t become confused and believe that you’re not going fast enough or doing things good enough.  Who said that fast is good and slow is bad?   Faster isn’t better!  More isn’t always more,   less can be more, and more can be less!

Don’t let others convince you that there is something wrong with you or the pace you are going.   It’s okay to take your time, to walk slow, to be quiet, and be still!    Slow down and enjoy the ride, the peaceful, quiet moments and beautiful things along the way.  Let nature be your teacher!   It’s in the quiet moments that we discover our own divine nature,   the stillness of our own soul. There we learn to know and love our self and God.  To know God, you must be still!

Stop running faster than you have strength!  Just because everybody else is on a speeding train doesn’t mean you have to be.  You can step off that train and go the pace you choose to set for yourself.  You can learn to wait upon the Lord for further instructions.    Those who wait upon the Lord will rise up with strength, even the strength of eagles.   They learn to walk in the Lord’s time. Be gentle with yourself and others.  “The last shall be first and the first shall be last”.  Stop to help the weak and the slow, the poor and the needy, and those who missed the train.

Racing brains are like speeding trains.  They go too fast to recognize the best part. They cannot focus on what they’re doing or where they’re going.   They become exhausted and weary!  Many of us have racing brains that won’t slow down nor be still.  We’re so busy trying to do it all that we cannot see what is needful.  We become so busy caring for the needs of others,  we neglect our own needs.  We get so confused we give our precious time to the things that matter least.  We race here and there in the ‘thick of many thin things’ neglecting the more urgent part, the nourishing and strengthening of our own soul.  We lose the quiet stillness that connects us to the spirit, and calms our troubled souls.  We forget to take time to nourish our bodies, our temple, as well as our soul.  We forget we need to rest when we’re tired, drink a glass of water when we’re thirsty, eat something healthy when we’re run down,  call a friend who is  lonely, and ask God for help when we are overwhelmed.

Many of us have become speeding trains, pushing hard and running faster than we have strength.   We try to find the energy to go when we’ve run out of gas and running on fumes!  We’re afraid that the work won’t get done on time, so we push harder and go faster.  If we slow down and take time to care for ourselves,  he work will get done better than work that comes from tiredness of body and soul.  Nurtured and nourished people, who love themselves and care for themselves, are able to run on heaven’s energy.  They are like cars after a tune up - their timing is better,   they are more efficient.    They are more organized because  they receive inspiration and help from above.  They are able to discern the essentials from the non essentials and the light from the dark.

When the journey is over what will my life stand for?  Today, dear Lord, help me take care of myself so I’ll have something to give to others.   Help me not be deceived nor distracted from fulfilling the measure of my creation.  Help me recognize and claim my spiritual gifts, and use them in thy service, to make the world a better place.   Help me be gentle with myself and others, forgiving and kind to all those I find on my path.    Please help me calm my racing brain.  Help me stop, look and listen, to the spirit!   Please help me believe in myself, in my true nature.   Help me be constant and confident, serene and strong, peaceful and patient, just like the little engine that said, “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can” as he climbed up the hill and over the top.   Help me love, bless and nurture those who are speeding trains and those who get run over by speeding trains, because they need thy help as much as I do.  Maybe even more!

THE AWAKENING HEART

THE AWAKENING HEART

How do we awaken the heart?  What does it mean when our hearts turn to stone, or our hearts wax cold?   It means that we stop feeling.  We must wake up our feelings.   I feel like my heart has been sleeping for a long,  long time.  It has forgotten everything, the veil was drawn and my eyes were not yet open.   What does it take to wake up our feelings?    Crisis brings consciousness.  It is a wake-up call to the heart.    Pain is a teacher, a messenger directing us to pay attention to our spirits, to wake up and see and hear.

“We begin in unity with divinity, but lose our sense of identity with it as we come to this earthly experience.  As we climb higher in our path, we come closer to unity again, so the Divine figures more prominently in our lives.  Little miracles, peeks behind the veil,  happen more frequently.  Crisis may be necessary to achieve consciousness of who we really are.  Crisis cuts us loose from being grounded in the reality of  not perceiving  our true identity. The greatest suffering is the greatest opportunity because from pain comes the transformation, the new birth.  It brings forth the divine child.  The actual journey of healing requires moving through that pain.”

“The human spirit does not go to sleep within us just because of negative life patterns, nor are our lives only a series of tragedies.  Unearthing the positive is as effective a healing process as is clearing out the negative parts of our lives.”          (Conversations With My Healers, by Cynthia Ploski)

“Awareness is the process of becoming fully conscious.  It can trickle into the corners of your mind slowly, as you clean out the cobwebs, or it can dawn suddenly the moment you recognize your patterns and want to change.  Cultivating awareness is a lifelong process.  Every moment presents you with the opportunity to remain awake or slip into unconscious behavior.  The key lies in tracing the root of your behaviors so you can identify the beliefs that cause you to repeat the same patterns.  Every time you feel a sense of discontent in your life is an opportunity to become more aware.  Paying attention to your feelings is the easiest way to get in touch with your unconscious self.  Feelings are the lights on the dashboard of life; when one is illuminated, you can be sure it is a signal of some internal issue that needs to be addressed.”

“Therapy, meditation, prayer and journal writing are tools to help us learn awareness.  Surrounding yourself with others who are on their path and live in a conscious way is the best way to stay awake.  Be patient with yourself, you will know when it is time for you to wake up and move ahead.”                     (“If Life is a Game, These are the Rules” by Cherie Carter-Scott)

My life and my trials are perfect for me, to teach and instruct me in the ways I need to grow.  Everybody and everything in my life comes from divine appointment to teach me.  When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.  This morning my husband asked me to change my anger to humility. This was the counsel that he was prompted to give me.  He couldn’t give me the way to do it, that was for me to find.   I pondered and prayed about the meaning of humility. I tried to go deep into my heart to feel the real meaning of humility.  It’s not about self-reliance and independence,   it is about dependence and lowliness of heart.  It is about being teachable.  It is about changing the way I think.  It is about gratitude, being grateful for every situation, the good and the bad.  It is releasing myself into that healing light that comes from the Savior.
We can unearth the positive,   clear out the negative and tune into our source of strength.   The Savior is the source of our strength and light, just as the sun is the source of light to the earth.  Today is dark and gray with huge dark clouds over the earth, but there is a bit of blue sky with a peak of light shining through lighting my soul.   I feel my spirit reaching to the light.  Clouds are symbolic of the veil over our eyes, they keep us from seeing the Son.

Our mortal experiences teach us who we are, who God is and what our lives mean.  “This understanding is impossible without our experiences that teach us, sometimes painfully, about our own agency and independence. It is only in discovering our independence from God that we come to understand our utter dependence on him.”     (The Broken Heart, by Bruce C. Hafen)

“The journey into darkness can be long and cruel and sometimes we go deep into it.  A certain amount of desperation is usually necessary before we’re ready for God.  When it comes to spiritual surrender we often don’t get serious until we are completely down on our knees.  Until we see clearly that ‘of myself, I am nothing.’  Until this happens we keep trying all our old tricks, the ones that never did work but   we think might work this time. Once we’ve had enough we consider the possibility that there may be a better way.  That’s when our heart cracks open and God comes in.”
(A Return to Love” by Marianne Williamson)

Our heart and our soul wake up through the birth canal of personal suffering, soul searching, gratitude, surrender and trust.   As we gather in all of our missing pieces and awaken the love that is within us, our heart and soul are healing.  We are no longer lost but found.    Because of our sorrows we learn the good from the evil.  As we taste the bitter we are more able to know the sweet. As we taste the sweet our hearts feel wondrous gratitude.

I have a new appreciation for my Savior and His atoning sacrifice.  It really was for me.  Everything around me testifies of our Savior’s love for us. We are not alone.  There are truly angels among us who teach us when we are ready to learn.  They are the healers who bless our lives, they are light gatherers.  They gather light from the healing power of the Savior and bring it to those who are seekers of light.  There is light all around us, in wonderful music, in good books, in everything of good report or praiseworthy.  I seek after these things!

LEARNING, GROWING AND BECOMING

     LEARNING, GROWING
AND BECOMING

Every spirit born into this world comes from God, the Father of our spirit.  We are his offspring and we knew perfection in our heavenly home.   For nine months we grow in the warmth of our mother’s womb, receiving on a cellular level the traits of our progenitors, both good and bad.  We spend the next part of our life on earth learning and growing and trying to discover who we are.  We all enter the world of adults with layers of incorrect perceptions we gathered along the way..  Cleansing the inner vessels is uncovering each layer of incorrect perceptions and fixed beliefs we gained through our perilous journey through childhood.  We discard layer upon layer, until we discover our perfection, our real self.  We awaken to the truth of our perfection and our innocence.

Tragedies, trials and betrayals are wake up calls that hasten the healing process. Learning the truth requires letting go of layers of often misguided beliefs about our self we learned along the way.  Grieving is often part of the learning and growing process.  We go through stages of grief until we finally let go.  First shock, the moment of truth invades your consciousness and you realize that life is just a continuation of the loneliness and pain of childhood.  Then denial, you won’t allow yourself to see the truth, blocking awareness of the now emerging reality, as you try to turn the negatives into positives.  Betrayal and other trials are often too painful to face.    The pain comes in waves as the emerging reality invades the conscious mind.  Then the bargaining sets in, you begin to negotiate your behavior without getting to the real root of the problem.  You begin to compromise your own self, trying to fix things and control the behavior of others to keep them from bringing more pain into your life.  Then comes despair,   hopelessness sets in, tears flow and flow, washing out the original pain.  Where is safety?  Will I ever be safe?  What did I do to deserve this?  Wasn’t I good enough?  Can I ever trust again?   As you cry to the Lord and surrender all, the answers begin coming and finally you arrive at acceptance.  You cannot change anything, it just is, so let go of the past and the future and be still.

There are no mistakes, only learning.  The learning goes on and on.  This poem says it so well.
                 “Comes the Dawn”
            by Veronica A. Shoffstall

After a while you learn the subtle difference
Between holding a hand and chaining a soul,
You learn that love doesn’t mean leaning
And company doesn’t mean security.

You begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts
And presents aren’t promises,
You begin to accept your defeats
With the grace of an adult, not the grief of a child.

You learn to build all your roads on today
Because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans,
And futures have a way of falling down in mid flight,
That even sunshine burns if you get too much.

So you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul,
Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers,
And you learn that you really can endure,
That you really are strong, and you really do have worth,
And you learn and learn, and with every good-bye you learn.

Love isn’t leaning, love isn’t a cushion for others to fall on.  I cannot make anyone else feel better and no one else can make me feel better..  If I build my self worth on what others think of me, I am building on a foundation of sand.  People are not basically cruel, they are thoughtless, tactless and frustrated.  People don’t do things to us, they just do things,   so don’t take anything personally and don’t make assumptions.   Just accept what is.   I can learn to view others behavior in a different light, forgive them, help them, have empathy for them, and realize they don’t mean to damage or hurt me.   I can only change myself,  then I can find peace and acceptance.  I can decorate my own soul and plant my own garden.

Knowing how to let go, and when to let go is the beginning of wisdom.  There comes a time when we must let go of every attachment, every person, every thing, every place.  You must say good bye when it is time, and with every good bye you learn.  “Today is not always, and yesterday is not today.”

The marriage relationship is the perfect learning laboratory.  “When you focus your energy on healing your partner and drive your energy away from yourself toward your partner, deep level spiritual and psychological healing begins to take place.  When you meet the needs of your partner you will recapture part of yourself.”  Harville Hendricks said in “Getting the Love You Want.” He also said,
“A conscious marriage is a state of mind, based on acceptance, and a  willingness to grow and change, having  the courage to face one’s own fear, and a conscious decision to act lovingly.  It is entirely different from the infatuation of romantic love but the feelings are just as joyful and intense.”

When you are in fear, you are not in love.  True love is letting go of all fear.  There is no safety in this world, only in God and in the world to come.  If you think you can overcome fear by being more loving  and more of what the other person wants, then you have just compromised yourself right down the toilet. If you give yourself away, then you won’t know who you are.   When you truly know who you are and have a real life for yourself, you will radiate this and take care of yourself.  If there is nothing going on inside of you then you will attract another empty person.

By revisiting our childhood feelings, understanding, releasing and replacing them with love and truth, we come home. By letting go of everything, and changing the way we see things, we awaken to a greater awareness, a deeper knowing.   Working on being complete and whole as an individual is crucial to having healthy relationships.  Relationships are the school for spiritual development, we all teach and learn from each other.   We are all learning about love, how to love perfectly and purely.  Learning to love our own self is crucial to all loving relationships; when you love yourself, you send a message to the world and the world will treat you with love.

As I work to see myself in a new light, in the light of love, I will come to believe that I am beautiful, whole and balanced, and I am love.  As I nourish my own soul with the light and love of the Son of God, I will reflect that love to others, even as a crystal reflects the light of the sun.  The Savior is waiting for us to return, to come home,  so He can heal us with the cleansing power of his Atonement.  In a moment of grace we can believe and accept the atonement for our own healing.

The world will become new to us as begin to see and hear,  and feel with our awakened heart.  When we’re ready we’ll emerge the beautiful butterfly, from the cocoon of sleep we’ve been in for so long.  We’ll be free to fly and reach our full potential and our perfection.  We’ll no longer see our self as the worm, or the loser, separate and lonely.  We’ll see our real and perfect self and rise up to our glory, at one with God!

                        DANCE WITH JOY!

FINDING FAITH TO BE HEALED

FINDING FAITH TO BE HEALED

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease two years ago.  I’ve never had to take prescription drugs until now.  The tremors became unbearable so I took the medication  the day we went to the Jordan River temple. We were asked to be the witness couple, but I declined because I felt so awful.  During the session the spirit whispered to me, “you cannot be a witness for me if you take this drug, stop taking it,  do not put yourself in the hands of an enemy (pharmacology) but listen to the Lord for guidance and  He  will make you strong to bear your burden and bring to light the hidden things of darkness.” I went home and looked up enemy in the scriptures.  I read,

"And whosoever among you is sick, and have not faith to be healed, but believe, shall be nourished with all tenderness, with herbs and mild food, and that not by the hand of an enemy.  And the elders of the church, two or more, shall be called, and shall pray for and lay their hands upon them in my name;  and if they die they shall  die unto me,  and if they live they shall live unto me."  Doctrine and Coveants 42:43

I stopped taking the medication  and waited for further direction from the Lord.   There are many voices claiming to have the answer for healing, but I want to do it the Lord’s way - faith, herbs, and mild food.  On top of the list is faith;  faith to be healed.  Faith is much more difficult to obtain than a prescription.  The scripture continues,

“he that hath faith in me to be healed, and is not appointed unto death, shall be healed.”   Doctrine and Covenants 42:48

We can be healed through our faith in Jesus Christ.  It takes faith to make a priesthood blessing work, both the faith of the priesthood holder and the sick person.  This is God’s appointed way of healing the sick, drawing light down from heaven through priesthood power.  The scriptures teach,

“It is by faith that miracles are wrought;  and it is by faith that angels appear and minister unto men;  wherefore if these things have ceased wo be unto the children of men, for it is because of unbelief, and all is vain.”   Moroni 7: 37

For those who have not yet “sufficient faith to be healed” God has given “herbs and mild food.” My heart overflows with gratitude when I see the wonderful herbs growing wild in the fields around our home, as well as those in my garden, free for the picking.  Even the poorest person can have herbs if they have knowledge.  Knowledge is power!   Many of the cures of modern medicine originated from herbs.  I believe that God will lead me to the right things to heal my body.  He is the great physician and healer, and He can heal me in his own time, if it’s His will that I should be healed.

An old Chinese Proverb says, “He that takes medicine and neglects diet, wastes the skill of the physician.”  We give our power away when we choose drugs over controlling our diet and the end result is prison.  When healthy and balanced the body makes its own hormones and heals itself.  Drugs are created from a synthetic base, and they confuse the body about how to function.  There are many wonderful healing modalities that can help fill in the need for synthetic hormones and drugs.  Dr. Elmer Green said,

“Patients must begin to change from passive recipients of medical care to active, self-responsible participants.”

There is an epidemic of overuse of prescription drugs.  Drugs can take away our power and our gifts, as well as our opportunities to serve.  There are other paths to wholeness and health:  cleansing the body as well as the inner vessel, and fasting and praying for answers.   As we choose the higher road and walk the harder path, God will give us power to do the things He sent us here to do!  The scriptures teach,

“Pray always, that you may come off conqueror; yea, that you may conquer Satan, and that you may escape the hands of the servants of Satan that do uphold his work.”   Doctrine & Covenants 10: 5

I was drug free the next time we were called to be witnesses in the temple,  I accepted, and God blessed me to do it, even with the tremors.   Perhaps I have a mission and calling to be a witness for truth, even with Parkinson’s!  I have faith that God will give me the power to do all things He sent me here to do.  Jesus Christ is the healer and the great physician.  It’s faith in Christ that will make me whole.  Our mission scripture has become my “life’s mission” scripture:

“And Christ hath said;  If ye will have faith in me ye shall have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in me.    Moroni 7:33

I need relief from the tremors as the disease advances in my body, so I take the very minimum I need to make it through each day.   I eat mostly raw foods and do the best I can to heal and cleanse my body.  I trust in God to do the rest.

"And the Lord of the vineyard said unto them:  Go to, and labor in the vineyard, with your might.  For behold, this is the last time that I shall nourish my vineyard, for the end is nigh at hand, and the season speedily cometh;  and if ye labor with your might with me ye shall have JOY in the fruit which I shall lay up unto myself against the time which will soon come."
                                                                                        Jacob 5: 71
